Hello.

I’m sorry about pulling out of the auction and it was brought to my attention that you thought it was something you did, quite the contrary; I did it to myself and got into a bit of a spat with Finnigan. It’s solved now but I would still prefer sitting this one out. I’ve already told my brother that I would spend the evening with him.

However, I do hope that you have an enjoyable time at the ball and that your charity makes a sizable profit.

	That's totally fair enough, and I am glad to hear it wasn't anything about me or the auction. I didn't want to... whatever. Anyway. Sorry to hear you and Devin had a falling out, glad to hear it's mended. Come by whenever you feel like this week and we'll go through that brochure and do some charitable spending.
